![]() ![]() At The Raleigh House, you’ll receive peer and alumni support, and can attend on-site AA (Alcoholics Anonymous), CA (Cocaine Anonymous) and NA (Narcotics Anonymous) meetings. Our multidisciplinary team understands that it’s critical to have a strong support system while going through the healing process. You’ll get to go to the movies with housemates, return home to see family, purchase your own food, and much more. Throughout your time in outpatient treatment, you’ll receive more and more independence to help you ease back into everyday life. With a barbecue, bonfires, volleyball games and socializing, this is a fun and relaxed environment for you to make connections and have a good time without drugs or alcohol. On weekends, you’ll come out to The Ranch to spend time with others who are recovering from addiction. ![]() During the rest of your afternoon, you’ll have the chance to unwind and exercise at the gym and attend Alcoholics Anonymous or other support groups in the area. After an hour break for lunch, you’ll spend 1pm – 2:30pm participating in art therapy, nutrition education and other group therapy sessions. This is where you’ll meet with different therapists to cover topics like substance abuse, trauma and family therapy. You’ll then spend two hours from 10am-12pm in process groups. ![]() If part of the 5-day outpatient treatment program, each day will begin at 9am with a meditation and mindfulness group session to help you prepare your mind and body for rehab. Whether you’re coming from residential treatment or entering directly into outpatient, our team can help you determine the right level of care for your specific situation and needs. Our outpatient program is part of our continuum of care after residential treatment, or you can enter into outpatient treatment directly if deemed appropriate. We offer different levels of outpatient treatment depending on the type of care you require. At The Raleigh House, we offer an intensive outpatient program (IOP) designed to help you continue treatment as you slowly return back to normal life. But a transition period in between can make your return easier to handle. Adjusting back to your everyday life after addiction treatment can be challenging and uncomfortable. ![]()
